Crystal Palace - if you didn’t know already... good rail links from Gypsy Hill into London Bridge and Victoria, as well as good link from Crystal Palace to Shoreditch and Docklands. Both stations about 10 mins walk from the house. Also... Crystal Palace Park with the dinosaurs 🦖 and the Triangle with loads of cafes, bars and restaurants.

I have a large (25 square meters) south facing bedroom overlooking the garden with Juliet balcony double doors that allow plenty of natural daylight. Sole use of en suite bathroom.

All bills included; includes gas, electricity, WiFi, Netflix, Prime. Share of all areas of the house and you would be treated as family.

I like cooking at the weekends, my background is in hospitality and I’m no-nonsense and straightforward so someone with a similar disposition would fit in well. Other qualities worth mentioning - tidy, honest and easy-going, respectful with a good sense of humour.

Large spacious kitchen/dining leading on to the garden which is my current project. Sitting room with log fire is nice and cozy in the winter.
