Just a short walk from Crystal Palace triangle, with its bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc and five minutes from a Norwood park, tennis court & woods. The area is peaceful and green.

There is a small balcony and communal garden.

New mattress, in built double wardrobe and mostly new furnishings.

Sharing a well-equipped kitchen (including washing machine, cooker and air fryer etc) and bathroom and huge living room.

Sorry, no other pets or couples.
