Light & Peaceful Room- Gipsy Hill - £850pm w/bills

Hi there,

I’m looking for a friendly & easy-going person to takeover my lovely spare room from my friend & current lodger in November.

The room itself is a double & furnished. It gets lots of light and backs on to shared gardens. The flat is really homely and situated in a close back from the road. It’s quiet, peaceful & well-lit.

Location wise - it’s a dream. Lots of green space and easy to get around. Gipsy Hill station is a 5 minute walk & gets you to London Bridge / Victoria direct in 20 minutes. I am a 10 minute walk to Dulwich & Crystal Palace triangle, and a 20 min bus to Brixton.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, Annie, hello! I’m in my 30s & work in travel. I love running, yoga & all things creative. We all have our own lives but I’d love to hang out when we can & maybe head for a glass of wine/beer at the brewery.

I'm advertising this as a 6 month let but there is the option to extend if we're getting on well.

Extra admin wise...

Given the space is a home first and foremost, I’m happy for friends/guests to be over every so often but would appreciate if you can let me know first & be respectful of noise.

Working from home a 1-2 days a week is the ideal :)

We would have a cleaner every 2 weeks or so which I organise. I'll put that & any house bits we share on a splitwise.
