Single bedroom in a family house - Female

We are looking for a new female occupant to share our house with. We offer a single bedroom with wardrobe and basic furniture (small double sized bed, night table and chest of drawers). The room has been painted recently in grey and white. It has a good sized double glazed window with curtains and permanent ventilation. Bathroom and toilet are separate and we all share it as well as the kitchen area.

You will be sharing the house with a family of 3 and a cat. We study and work, our son is 6 years old. We have been living in the property for more than 9 years and take care of bills and general cleaning but we expect that you can do your part too keeping shared areas clean and in order. We don't smoke and we will not accept smokers. We are looking for a reliable female worker or student with references/right to rent/work.

We enjoy a quiet environment, very familiar, open to a chat anytime. We speak English, Italian and Spanish.

**The rent must be paid the first 5 days of the month with no exceptions.** Available from 16/07/2026.

The house is located in a residential area very close to plenty of amenities such supermarket, pharmacy, pubs, restaurants, library and Crystal Palace Park 10min walk.

Nearest buses run frequently in the area such as 322, 450, 417, 432, additional to the 358, 227, 3, 122, 363, 410 from CP Bus Station. Gypsy Hill Station is also located a couple of minutes down the hill.
