The flat is a mid century modern building with a great community of families, singles, and creatives so is a good balanced environment. It is surrounded by woods as part of the Dulwich Estate. I work as an architectural lecturer in London and commute between the flat and Suffolk so not there a lot.

There is a good fitted kitchen, with dishwasher and is open to the living room, The Bathroom has a bath and attachment shower. The bedroom for rent has a double bed, a wardrobe, a table to work at and Vitsoe shelves.

Transport is either via Sydenham Hill, 15 minutes to Brixton/Victoria. Farringdon or Crystal Palace, Windrush line so fast into East London.

Crystal Palace has a good offer of eating places, cafes, and a cinema as well as the large park with the Crystal Bowl performance space.
