Fully furnished double room available in a comfortable two-bedroom flat in the heart of Crystal Palace, close to the Triangle, shops, restaurants and transport links.

The room comes with a **small double bed and two wardrobes**, as shown in the photos.

I live in the flat and have my own en-suite bedroom, so the separate hallway bathroom would mainly be for your use. The kitchen and living room are shared.

* **£650 pcm including bills – Monday to Friday also considered**

I have two children who stay with me every other weekend, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with this. They do not live here full-time.

Ideally looking for **one professional person** who is clean, considerate and easy-going.

The arrangement would be on a **monthly rolling basis**, so there is no need to commit to a 12-month tenancy.

Great Crystal Palace location with easy access to shops, cafés, restaurants and local transport.
