A bright freshly painted room available now. It has full height windows opening on to roof terrace and overlooking the back garden of our 1950s townhouse. It is also furnished with a new (small double) bed and a decent amount of storage. I just need to fix the lights and put up the curtains, mirror, coat hooks etc.

House is shared with me- 50 something woman and my son (he has his own bathroom!) The living area is open plan with a large kitchen that opens onto the garden and a living room area with a couple of sofas and lots of books. We have cats.

Ideally, you are creative, female (although I am not fixed on this- it is more about the fit), both self-contained and sociable, and go to work outside of the home.

We are about a 10-minute walk from Crystal Palace Station- or a short bus ride to Norwood Junction- and 5 minutes from the triangle. This is a very quiet area for London.
