The room: features a comfortable double bed, dresser and storage closet. Room is newly painted and has new oak wood floors. It has large closet space and room for a desk, if you have one. Lots of natural light, and it looks out onto a quiet cul-de-sac (no traffic noise).

The house: shared WC and full bathroom (newly renovated), fully stocked kitchen, including dishwasher, air fryer, washer and dryer on site. Front and rear gardens. House is located on a very quiet, peaceful cul-de-sac, with quiet neighbours and lots of natural light. A Tesco Express as well as lots of independent coffee shops, restaurants, and wine bars within 5-minute walk.

About me: I am an owner/occupier, professional woman working in education. I'm a very friendly, clean, and considerate flatmate (and I'm looking for the same). I work from home a few days a week. You'll also be sharing the house with two indoor/outdoor cats.
