The room measures approximately 6ft x 8ft and is located on the top floor of the house. It comes with its own TV and offers a comfortable, private space to relax after work. The shared bathroom is also located on the top floor. You'll have full access to the shared living room and kitchen.

We are a friendly, relaxed household consisting of myself, my 16-year-old son, and our two friendly, well-behaved cats. I work from home most of the time, and my son is studying music, although he's often out and about. There will also be another full-time lodger occupying a room on the ground floor in the near future.
