📋 House Rules & Household Policies:
Strict Single Occupancy (No Couples): Per the landlord's requirements, this flat is set up and budgeted strictly for three individual residents.

The room is for single occupancy only; couples and cohabitation are not permitted under any circumstances.

Zero Overnight Guests Policy:
To protect the sleep, privacy, and well-being of the working professionals living here, this is a firm, zero-overnight-guests household, and to stay fully aligned with our landlord’s directives and expectations, this is a firm, zero-overnight-guests household.

The Boundary:
Visits are strictly for casual daytime and evening socialising, with guests departing as the evening winds down and before the household quiet hours begin.

Because there is no allowance for "weekly," "frequent," or "occasional" overnight stays, visits cannot blend into overnight stays or regular late-night routines.

No Exceptions:
This policy applies to all entry and visits to ensure the flat remains a quiet sanctuary, free from uninvited partners, guests and extra occupancy, turning a casual visit into a regular habit, while ensuring everyone's final leaving times always respect the quiet hours of the house.

Shared Facilities:
The kitchen, bathroom, and living areas are reserved just for the residents living here. While casual daytime visitors are always welcome, we keep the use and are mindful of these spaces for the flatmates to ensure the home stays uncrowded and relaxing for everyone.

Cleanliness:
We really value a clean and organised home, so keeping things tidy is an essential part of living here.

We’re looking for someone who naturally cleans up after themselves as they go and takes equal pride in keeping the shared spaces fresh, comfortable, and spotless for everyone.

Lifestyle:
Looking for a grounded, down-to-earth, but chill person and professional who enjoys their own routine and fits seamlessly into a calm, respectful household dynamic.
