Double Room in Crystal Palace - Short Term

Hello!

A double room is available in my lovely ground floor 2 bed flat from 1st November - 31st January (dates flexible). All bills included in the price, including council tax.

The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe with internal shelving, and freestanding shelves if needed.

The flat is bright and is tucked away about 10-15 minutes’ walk from Crystal Palace Station, is on the doorstep of Norwood Lake and about 15 minutes to the triangle. There is a Juliette balcony in the living room overlooking leafy neighbouring gardens.

I have lived in the flat for just under two years with my good friend who is sadly off travelling. I’m looking for a friendly young professional or mature student to take her space as my lodger on a short term basis, until around the end of January (women preferred).

I’m a sociable but chilled out person - I like a pint at one of the many nearby pubs and Sunday walks in Crystal Palace Park. In the week I am an SEN tutor and at the weekend I work at a local bar, so I’m in and out of the flat most days. I would happily hang out together in the evenings but I also value my own space.
