Lovely big double 4min to station from 1st June!

Lovely bright and big double room in a first and second floor maisonette. The room gets lots of light from the tall and big window facing south-est, has plenty of storage and a king size bed. I am a teacher working part time. We will share the large kitchen/living room, while the first floor bathroom will be used by the lodger and occasional guests/visitors (I will use my upstairs ensuit). The room for rent is on the first floor. From the big window there is great view of wood like back gardens. Use of washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and wireless broadband. I would prefer someone who does not work from home and is friendly, clean and tidy, vegetarian (peschetarian is fine) or very light meat eater (NO red meat) and with occasional visiting friend/s (not all the time).
