Seeking 3-4 tenants to join me in a spectacular 1854 church conversion in South London. Comes with battlements, 40ft belltower, grand piano, elevator, panoramic roof terrace and 310+ square metres of living space.

This is my second time leasing this incredible property, which I know well. It makes a superb houseshare with abundant space whether you are feeling social or private. The landlord renovated and redecorated for sale but has decided to re-lease.

Three rooms available are large freshly-furnished doubles (one with ensuite shower), all with wooden floorboards. The ensuite would suit a couple.

There is a large bathroom (shared with one other), and easy access to a second toilet up the stairs.

Shared features include:

- Roof terrace with battlements and spectacular London city views (incredible for the fireworks)
- Enormous main living room (entire 3rd floor)
- Second living room in the 40ft high bell tower
- Entrance lobby with grand piano (tuned!)
- Gigantic kitchen (ground floor)
- Cellar with washing machine/dryer
- Garden with outdoor sitting/dining area
- Elevator and winding medieval staircase
- Secure gated parking for two vehicles

Location:

Crystal Palace is Shoreditch without the pretension! It has a lovely relaxed 'villagey' vibe, a good sense of community, quirky bars, independent shops and dozens of great pubs and reasonably-priced restaurants.

There's 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk, including a large Sainsburys and Iceland.

Crystal Palace park is nearby with jogging routes, maze, Victorian-era dinosaurs and the National Sports Centre.

Public transport:

* 20 mins to London Bridge or Victoria via Gipsy Hill overground station (zone 3). 2 min walk

* 20 mins to Canary Wharf or Whitechapel via Crystal Palace station. 10 min walk

* No 3 bus runs 24/7 and connects to Piccadilly Circus via Westminster (45-50 min in rush hour)

Money stuff:

Bills are split equally and come to about £100-120 a month (inc. council tax, power, electricity, water and a 200mbps fibre optic internet connection). We also pay for a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the shared areas.

About me:

35 year-old British/Australian journalist working in media development. Laid-back, house-trained and excited to again live in this amazing tower that puts all the tiny subdivided boxes to shame. Last time our houseshare featured on Secret London!

About you:

I'm looking for friendly and sociable flatmates keen to once again make this absurd property into an awesome home. Ideal housemates would be relaxed, socialable and happy to join in odd rooftop BBQ, pub quiz, board game or Sunday afternoon pint (over Cards Against Humanity...)

If this sounds like you, send a note introducing yourself! Questions and enquiries welcome.

Viewings will be next week evenings.
