It is right next to Crystal Palace park where there are so many cool things going on + every Sunday there is a street food market in the park - yum! -. The overground (Penge West) is also a 2 minute walk away from the flat which will get you into London Bridge in 20 - 25m. Crystal Palace park station and Penge East station are also a 5 - 10 minute walk from the flat too.
I just want to do a short let for now starting as soon as possible for 2 to 3 months but happy to extend by a week or two if that suits you better? I have also just purchased a new dryer so no need to worry about loads of clothes drying in your bedroom. Please ask me any questions about the flat. Speak soon.
