Room is in a quaint building, just opposite the Custom House DLR / Elizabeth line. There are currently 3 people living all enjoying a peaceful atmosphere and busy in their own activities.

Room is with a double bed,. Room Rent is to be discussed.

Place is by the Docks, and, opposite to the Ship - Suborn and Excel exhibition centre is just opposite across the road.

Only Broadband (Shared between all staying is included free of cost other all are excluded - Council tax, Electricity/water/Garbage / Housing Association charges is shared on Monthly basis.. There is no other cost.

Also available is a dishwasher , Washing machine, Over, 2 induction cooking range and a small microwave, A few plates, cups, spoons, Utensils for use.
