Bright and furnished single room available in Custom House from 1 September.

The rent is £680 per month including bills, with a £728 deposit. The new tenant will sign a new tenancy agreement directly with the landlord, so this is not an informal sublet or takeover of my existing contract.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

The house is a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house over 3 floors. The ground floor has the shared kitchen and communal area. My room is on the top floor, where 3 rooms share one bathroom.

There are currently 4 other housemates (2 male, 2 female), mostly in their mid/late 20s, all working or recently graduated. Everyone has different schedules, so the shared bathroom is generally not an issue. The house is quiet and the communal areas are professionally cleaned approximately once every 6 weeks.

📍 Transport:
Around 15 minutes’ walk to Custom House station (Elizabeth Line/DLR), with bus stops only 2-3 minutes’ walk away and convenient connections around East London, Canary Wharf and Stratford.

I’m only moving out because I’ve recently found a new job and would like to move closer to my workplace.

Ideally looking for someone who can move in from September and stay for 3 months or longer.
