About the household

I am looking for someone who is reliable, respectful, clean and considerate, and who is looking for a calm and comfortable home.

I already live in the house with my cat, Moody.

It would particularly suit someone who enjoys having their own private space but is also happy to share the living room and other communal areas.

Rent & deposit

£975 per month – household bills are excluded.

Deposit: £1,125

The new sharer will be subject to the landlord’s referencing process and approval.
