We’re looking for someone to join our friendly, clean and organised house! There are currently 4 people sharing the house – 3 girls and 1 boy. We have a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and are looking for someone who will feel at home here. Students are very welcome! 🎓

We also have two lovely cats 🐱🐱, so we’re looking for someone who likes cats and is happy to have them around the house.

The room comes furnished, and the house has a colourful, cosy and homely feel with plenty of shared space.

* 💷 Rent: £600 per month
* 🔐 Deposit: £720
* 💡 Bills: approx. £80–£100 per month, including Council Tax
* ❄️ Bills vary depending on the season, with winter generally being a little more expensive
* 📅 Available to move in ASAP
