Super large sunny room in a spacious renovated Victorian house in Hackney Downs. The room has high ceilings, wooden floors, built-in wardrobe, desk, bed and two big bright windows.

The room would suit someone working in the arts / creative sector. The house forms a bit of a sanctuary for us from the hecticness of London life, we are looking for someone who similarly wants to contribute to living in a clean respectful socially engaged, easy going communal environment too.

It is a large Victorian house with lots of communal space, sitting room / dining room / large kitchen with big roof lights and garden to sit out in with lots of plants. It’s in a great location close to all the delights Hackney has to offer!

Its home for four of us, three women and one guy and a two cats so we are looking for another male to maintain a gender balance.

Close walk to London Fields, Hackney, Dalston etc with good transport links.
