Large Double Room in De Beauvoir / Dalston House

A large double room will soon be available in our beautiful terraced house in Dalston/De Beauvoir, as one of the current housemates is moving in with her partner.
The house has 6 bedrooms over 4 floors, with a massive garden, cosy living and dining room, adjoining kitchen and two bathrooms. There’s currently a 3/3 male/female split of professionals aged between 29 and 36. We’re keen to have a female identifying person for balance, but will always accept the right person (genderqueer friendly)

The house is in a perfect location on De Beauvoir road, close to lots of great pubs, a 5min walk to Dalston Junction Station (Overground) or Dalston Kingsland, convenient bus routes, and only a 20min walk to Angel.
Rent is £716 per month, with an additional £183 for bills, and the room will be available from 19th May. The room is furnished with a bed and cupboard, but we have some other items of furniture if needed.

Preference is for someone social and respectful.

You must be looking for somewhere long-term and willing to join our existing contract, which renews yearly in December.
