A large double room is available in our beautiful terraced house in Dalston/De Beauvoir.

The house has 6 bedrooms over 4 floors, with a massive garden, cosy living and dining room, adjoining kitchen and two bathrooms. There's currently a 3/3 male/female split of professionals all in our 30's, with one female leaving.

The house is in a perfect location on De Beauvoir road, close to lots of great pubs, a 5min walk to Dalston Junction Station (Overground) or Dalston Kingsland, convenient bus routes, and only a 20min walk to Angel.

Rent is £808 per month, with an additional £150-£200 for bills. The room is furnished with a bed, cupboard, chest of drawers, and bedside table and available from 14th February, please let us know if this date works as it's generally fixed.

You'll be joining an ongoing tenancy agreement (ideally for 12+ months), so the standard referencing checks apply. Our preference is for someone social and respectful who fits with the vibe of the house, so please include some information about yourself so we can get an idea of who you are!

Unfortunately no cats as one of our housemates is allergic!
