The room; positioned at the rear of the flat is, by London standards, considerably spacious (5x2.3m), has a high ceiling (3-5m lowest to highest point) is well lit throughout the year and comes furnished with mattress, mirror, lamp and wardrobe.
The flat; located on the top floor at the back of a large converted warehouse suffers no road noise and benefits from the heating of below units. The building is equipped with CCTV and entry into the premises is secured with access using a keyfob.
The building; off Stoke Newington Rd (Dalston end) has secure entry via keypad/key fob is monitored by security and CCTV.
The flatmates; you’d be living with Marina (early 30's) and Declan(early 20´s) who work and study in fashion.
Transport; Dalston Kingsland 5min walk, Dalston Junction 7min walk, bus stop in front of the building.
You; we’re looking for someone clean, friendly, and respectful who doesn’t mind the occasional chat over a drink, but has their own things going on also. No couples, sorry.
