A double room available with a 10 mins walk from Haggerston Station, Dalston Junction about 15 min walk from the property. The flat sits just off the main high street which is great access to any shops or nightlife Haggerston has to offer.
The room comes with double bed and own generously sized bathroom located across the hall (with a bath). This would be for sole use of the new Tennant as the other room has an ensuite located inside. The flat is on the second floor with active CCTV around the hallways/outside space.
The shared living space has enough room for any amenities you may need, with a lovely little balcony which has some wonderful morning and evening sun light. The room comes with bed (mattress and frame) and clothes rack. Outside the room is a large wardrobe for sole use of the new Tennant. The flat has a washing machine, dryer, and a large fridge/freezer.
The neighbours are very considerate, rarely hearing them above or below. Any parcels needing access or queries are quickly raised and resolved on the community WhatsApp chat. A bike rack is situated on the ground floor of the complex for use.
The bills usually come to around £90 per month per person including, internet, council tax, gas & electric. We are hoping this figure will go down going into the summer months.

In the other room is myself (working in fashion photography) and my partner Josh (working in insurance). I often work long hours away from home and Josh works from home 2 days a week, so ideally looking for someone who also has a mix of working from the office and home.. We are Both super chilled but are super clean and respectful. We also love a pub night and socialising in the bars/ restaurants nearby.
