Lovely room Ensuite Haggertson

Looking for female or couple to replace us in our room in Haggerston.

A double room available with a 10 mins walk from Haggerston Station, Dalston Junction about 15 min walk from the property. The flat sits just off the main high street which is great access to any shops or nightlife Haggerston has to offer.

The room comes with double bed & Ensuite bathroom. The other Tennant has sole use of the other bathroom.. The flat is on the second floor with active CCTV around the hallways/outside space.

The shared living space has enough room for any amenities you may need, with a lovely little balcony which has some wonderful morning and evening sun light. The room comes with bed (new mattress required) and clothes rack. Outside the room is a large wardrobe for sole use of the new Tennant. The flat has a washing machine, dryer, and a large fridge/freezer.

The neighbours are very considerate, rarely hearing them above or below. Any parcels needing access or queries are quickly raised and resolved on the community WhatsApp chat. A bike rack is situated on the ground floor of the complex for use.

Couples: Rent will be slightly more and bills slightly cheaper if being divided between 3

Currently the bills usually come to around £123 per month per person including, internet, council tax, gas & electric between the 3 of us.

Internet £15
Council tax £60
Water £18
Electric & Gas £30 (roughly each)
* Plus TV Licence £15 -every 3 months

In the other room is Shakirra who works in the city). She often work long hours at the office so is looking for considerate, respectful flatmate. She works a mix from the office and from home and we often find we have the flat to ourselves due to differing schedules.

We are sadly only moving out due to purchasing somewhere nearby but have absolutely loved it here- its such a special place.
