The flat is on the top floor of a 13 storey building located just off Dalston Lane in East London, minutes from Dalston Junction Station and Kingsland Road Station.

The room is fully furnished. The flat has 3 bedrooms and you would be sharing it with 2 guys, an architect and a film editor. We are both very chill and respectful but also sociable and enjoy spending time together having dinner, drinks etc.

The flat has an open space living room including a fully fitted kitchen and a cosy and bright sitting area with tv, hi fi equipment and a record player that comes with my vinyl collection. We have lots of plants. The big sliding doors open directly onto a terrace. The living room and the terrace face west making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.

Dalston, you probably know this already, is one of the most fun neighbourhoods of London – culturally there’s everything from pop-up markets, to many independent studios, galleries, breweries, speak-easies, drinks-bars, restaurants and shops. The night-life is also second to none with Kingsland High Street hosting a very, very, very wide range of venues for all tastes and inclinations.
