The flat is on the top floor of a 13 storey building located just off Dalston Lane in East London, minutes from Dalston Junction Station and Kingsland Road Station.

The room is fully furnished. The flat has 3 bedrooms and you would be sharing it with 2 guys, an architect and a film editor. We are both very chill and respectful but also sociable and enjoy spending time together having dinner, drinks etc.

The flat has an open space living room including a fully fitted kitchen and a cosy and bright sitting area with tv, hi fi equipment and a record player that comes with our vinyl collection. We have lots of plants. The big sliding doors open directly onto a terrace. The living room and the terrace face west making it the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.
