Spacious & bright room with own en-suite

This room is spacious, filled with light and comes with its own ensuite with shower and toilet. There is storage and a desk if you need to work remotely.
The flat is located in the heart of Dalston (a minute walk from the iconic Rio cinema, 3 minutes from Dalston Kingsland overground station. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurant yoga studios etc around). There is also a terrace and great views over London. It’s a penthouse so noise from upstairs neighbours and speaking of neighbours everyone is quite friendly in the building!
I live in this flat that I’ve purchased last year and I look to rent the second bedroom for short term lets (from one to a few weeks, not long term).
I want this space to be warm, welcoming and convenient for the person who will be renting and sharing with me.
As for me, I am 43 years old, originally from France. I go to the office 3 days a week. I aim to keep the flat tidy. I tend to be quite active and enjoy everything London has to offer as much as I can!
Couples are welcome but with a supplement to the rent (£500 per week).
