Looking for a room in Dalston? I have a single room available in my 2-bed flat, just a couple of minutes' walk from Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations. The area has many restaurants, bars, and shops, with everything you need on the doorstep.

Occasionally I rent this room out. Currently open for short-term agreement with room to extend.

Room size: 2.7m x 2.5m single room.
*Currently have a single bed avlb if needed

Room located next to a bathroom / shower.

Shared spaces: Kitchen and bathroom.

Bills Negotiable - & yes there is a cow in the garden :)

About me / What I'm looking for:

I run a clothing company and sometimes work with photography. This is my home, and most importantly I’m looking for a considerate, tidy applicant, great if you're into arts/fashion/creative/alt scene/open minded.

Trial rental, so the main expectation is respect for the space, cleaning up after yourself and keeping the shared area tidy. I do like to live clean.
