Room in shared house with garden in Dalston E8

Room available in Dalston near Ridley Road market in 4 bed house with large garden. Shared with myself and my two sons, aged 18 and 20.

The room is fully furnished and has with a 'trundle' bed that is single but can open up into a double, but it works best as a single in the space. There is a tv room next door too and full use of the rest of the house, kitchen and garden. Bathroom and separate shower room are shared.

I'm open to a short term or medium term full time lodger or someone looking a few days a week for work, as it's well connected to central London, or a student. It's less suitable for someone that plans to work from home most of the week as it doesn't have a desk (but occasional days are fine).
