A bright, cozy and fully furnished to a high standard, private one-bedroom apartment in an old converted pub. Situated on a residential tree-lined road, nestled between Dalston and Hackney Central. Bedroom with king size bed and all linen provided. Living area with large flat-screen TV (with Netflix included). Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, all cooking utensils & plates, Smeg bean to cup coffee machine, cutlery etc. ALL BILLS INCLUDED, including super-fast Virgin Fibre Broadband. Nothing to do - just move in.

Considering short-term lets only while we are away. The only bill not included is an end of tenancy clean.

Note that this is our personal home and our personal affects will remain, but you will have space to unpack clothes of course.
