Large Double Room in the heart of Dalston

Hi! My housemate is sadly moving out so I’m looking for someone friendly and considerate to join me in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Dalston.

About the room & flat:

A spacious double bedroom that comes with a wardrobe and small chest of drawers (the landlord can provide a double bed with plenty of underbed storage if needed, or remove furniture if you prefer your own). The flat has a separate kitchen, shared bathroom and large furnished living/dining room for movie nights or just chilling after work. The property also has a sunny resident’s communal rooftop/courtyard, and an on-site porter.

Location:

The flat is a two-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction stations, surrounded by amazing bars, cafés, restaurants and shops. It has great transport connections across London, and walking distance to London Fields, Hackney Central, Newington Green, Stoke Newington and more.

About me:

Mid-thirties female working in interior architecture. I’m easy going and respectful, and typically in the office 3-4 days a week, so would be great to find someone with a similar routine. Outside of work, I’m usually hanging with friends, trying new restaurants and pubs/bars, going to exhibitions or gigs, reading, and swimming every once in a while.
I’m quite sociable in life, but like to keep the flat a relatively chill space. Looking for a friendly, tidy and similarly easy going flatmate who’d like to make the flat a home; someone keen to hang out together but also likes to have their own space.
