Massive Double Room Sublet — Studio Feel

I’m renting out my very large double room on a short-term sublet basis, as I’ll be away for work from November to February with a possible extension into March.
I’m looking to confirm someone as soon as possible, so the room is available immediately for the right person.

The room is extremely spacious, with a studio-flat feel — it genuinely feels like living alone.
It comes fully furnished, including:
• TV 📺
• Double bed with rails
• Desk + chair
• Work-from-home friendly setup

The flat has a large, cozy living room and a small gym corner where I keep a treadmill (yes, there’s even one in the house! 🏃‍♀️). Perfect if you like staying active — there’s a treadmill + workout area available for use.

The house is shared with two lovely flatmates in their early 20s:
• Royato
• Declan

Both are super friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with.
They’re hardly ever home, so the flat has a calm, quiet atmosphere and really does feel like living alone most of the time.

I’m looking for someone quiet, clean, and considerate, who enjoys a peaceful home environment and can share the space with the same respect and good energy we have here.
