Amazing double room in heart of Dalston

One of our housemates is moving in with their partner, so the time has come to find a new person to join our home. The room comes unfurnished (although the housemate leaving is willing to leave certain things), and you’ll be living with one man (27) and one woman (30). We look after the shared space and each other, do dinners and movie nights from time to time, but equally have our own lives going on. We’d prefer if the new housemate was either female or femme / queer.

Transport-wise, the house is well-connected. Dalston Junction and Kingsland stations are less than than a 10 minutes walk away and Hackney Downs station is just a 10 minute walk the other way.

Rent is £1050 per month and bills tend to be ~£150 per month, depending on the season and usage. Bills include water, electricity, council tax, internet & a cleaner (twice a month).
