Amazing Room in Dalston

Double Room Available – Dalston/ London Fields – From April.

Hi! We have a double room available in our lovely house in Dalston from 1st April. Friendly note: this is a queer house and we’d ideally love another gay guy to join us.

The House
A spacious two-storey house with a modern kitchen, separate living room, one bathroom (bath & shower), an extra toilet, and a big garden with a sloe berry tree.

The Room
West-facing unfurnished double room with plenty of space for a bed. A wardrobe is included and mattress.

About Us
You’ll be living with James and George, both full-time professionals. The house is pretty calm during the week, but at weekends we enjoy having friends over for dinner and a glass of wine. We’re both into fitness, cycling and swimming, festivals and an absolute bonus if you're into these sorts of things. Highlights from last year primavera, Glastonbury, RAYE.

We don’t work from home and would ideally like someone with a similar routine who works at the office.

Who We’re Looking For
A friendly, tidy working professional (ideally in their 30s) who’s established in London and looking for a relaxed, sociable home. It’s not a party house, but it is warm and welcoming, and we also value our own space.

Bills & Rent

Bills not included. Rent is £820 per month. Deposit required.
Bills vary with the seasons but are fairly standard. We do our best to keep these lean as possible. I'm planning to add a cleaner this year.
