Spacious Double Room in Sociable Dalston Home

We’re Harry and Mark, and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our amazing 3-bed house in the heart of Dalston. We’ve lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely love the area! It’s lively, well-connected, and has everything you need nearby, with easy access into Central and the rest of East London.

The room is a spacious double in a friendly 3-bed house with a shared kitchen/living area and lots of storage. We’re both sociable, easygoing, and work in music production, so music does get played during working hours, always respectfully, of course.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the house, not just rent a room, so ideally someone social, considerate, and up for hanging out now and then. Since both of us work from home, we’d ideally prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, just so the house doesn’t feel too crowded during the day.

Bills are NOT included (bringing the total to an average of £1,050 pcm)
