Double room with an ensuite, a short walk from both Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland.

After 3 fantastic years we are moving out of this great flat, looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy individual to take our place. You will be living with Kieran and Ollie in a spacious three bedroom flat. The preference is for a single person to join the flat rather than a couple.

Price: £1,425 plus bills (approx. £175pcm). Bills include a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. Deposit is £1,350.

Move in date: 1/07/2026, year-contract will be renewed 01/09/2024 but have never had an issue with extending. Looking for someone that is longer-term.

Location: Located on a quiet street just off Dalston Junction. It is a 3 minute walk from Dalston Junction overground (North-South) and 5 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland overground (East-West). Lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes etc. 2 minute walk to Kingsland shopping centre which has an Aldi and Sainsburys and nearby Ridley Road market. About a 15 minute walk to London Fields or Hackney Downs parks.

Furniture: The living room and kitchen come furnished. Looking for someone that will take the bedroom furniture as well for a negotiable price. The bed is included.

About the household: We are a close and social household but also respect each other’s space. We have our own social networks but often hang out. Think flat mate dinners (when we can get in the diary!), trips to the pub, sofa chats in the living room and hands on deck spring cleans. We keep a tidy house and mostly cook vegetarian (but are not all vegetarians).

- Ollie - 30yo, male, works in software development, English, keen runner, outdoor enthusiast
