Hi all, I’m looking for a someone to move into this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat in Dalston! My current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so looking for someone to replace her

The room is a cosy double bedroom with additional storage in the corridor too. Big main bathroom with bath will just be used by you, as I have an en suite. The flat has a nice open plan kitchen/living room with a little balcony too, really bright and sunny throughout the day!

Rent is £1,250 pcm, bills usually around £150pcm. Move in date 23rd June (also flexible and can be earlier if needed).

A little bit about me, I’m 29 and work in insurance (2-3 days a week in the office). At the moment I’m into running and Pilates, love exploring new cafes/restaurants/pubs or markets around London! At the weekends I’m usually seeing friends or doing a gym class! Looking for someone who is a similar vibe!
