Room available in green & friendly home

Heyy,

Looking for a new flatmate in our pretty green home. It’s in a cul-de-sac so nicely detached from the busy streets of Dalston. We have a large garden which is perfect for gardening (growing veg), barbecues and dinners/aperitivi/drinks. The house is in very good condition and surrounded by plants and trees, and friendly cats strolling around.

The available room is a bright, furnished double with a bed, wardrobe, and desk. It gets lots of natural light and has a lovely view of the back garden.

We are three young professionals (28/30y).
I’m Lucrezia, currently doing a PhD in Criminology. I love philosophy, yoga, and spending time outdoors. Moritz is an economist at Somerset House (mostly in the office) and dj on the side (mainly vinyl). Emily is an editor at a food and drinks magazine (meaning lots of free goodies).
We’re all from Italy; so loads of good cooking, aperitivi and music :)

We’re looking for someone who is sociable, enjoys cooking, is clean and tidy, and wants to contribute to making the house feel like home.
