Hi, I’m looking for someone to sublet my double room in a 3-bed house in Dalston/Stoke Newington.
This is a one-month sublet as I’m moving away permanently, but there is potential for a longer-term contract afterwards.
The room will come unfurnished, with only the wardrobe and bed included, as I’ll be taking all my personal belongings and decorations with me.
The house is super well located, just an 8-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland, 1 minute to the nearest bus stop, and 10 minutes walk to Clissold Park.
You’ll be sharing with two lovely flatmates, both around 30 yo. The house has a bright, spacious living room, a bathroom, and an additional separate toilet.
