Bright Large Double Room Ensuite, 4 Months

Hi there,
We are looking for someone to sublet for 4 months with a probability for longer term.

The nitty gritty: rent is 1150£ per month excluding bills, which are 150£ month plus bi-weekly 20£ for a cleaner and plus 15£ for wifi.

The room is available from 6.06.26 (flexible until the end of June) starting as a 3-months sublet with a potential for extending or longer term.

The room and flat: Our flat is located in a very quiet and neighbourly road in the heart of Dalston and stretches over two floors. In general, the flat is very light, airy and big. Whoever comes to live here, usually does not want to leave. On the 1st floor is a bedroom, a bathroom with bath tub and toilet, a big open plan kitchen lounge that opens to a spacious balcony overlooking overlooking the neighbours leavy backgardens. We have breakfasts on the balcony and the occasional BBQ. On the 2nd floor is another bedroom with its own roof terrace and the third and available bedroom, which is a large double ensuite with a built-in storage space and great views.

The area: 5 minutes walk to Dalston Junction, 10 minutes walk to London Fields Lido, 2 minutes walk to 30/38/242/277/56 bus stop.

Flatmates: We are two women in their 40s and 50s, a film editor and a media educator/ social worker. We are from Spain and Germany originally but have been in London for long enough to be British, too. We both are into music, art, film, books and travelling. We might have some friends over for dinner on occasion, but do in general enjoy a peaceful and relaxed home.

Who we are looking for: Someone preferably in their late thirties, fourties or fifties, who likes to share our home, the occasional meal or a drink with us and cares for the space and a homey vibe. Someone who genuinely likes people and flat sharing, whilst acknowledging that we all have our own lives, too. We would like someone who likes to come home to chill and relax and does the partying outside.
