☀️ 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and Rectory Road Overground and a little further to Dalston Junction

You'd be sharing with Juno (29) and Annie (30). Juno’s lived here for 5 years and Annie for 18 months and we both love it. Juno is an artist and also works in hospitality, and Annie manages anti-stigma programmes for an HIV rights charity.

We’d love to find friends not just housemates, of a similar age who are fun, chilled and respectful, happy to keep the shared spaces clean, working full-time and up for movie nights, pub quizzes and dinner parties etc. It’s not just a flat but our home and safe space and we’d love to find people on that same wavelength! 📖 The fine print: You will be changing names on the current contract with a new contract beginning in September.

The rent is split equally 4 ways between all tenants, so it's currently £833 each (approx £1670 total for the couple). Bills are approx £100 per month each - this is a fixed price and includes water, electric, wifi and council tax (band D).
