Room available in gorgeous Dalston flat

Hello! Our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend so we have a double room available in our lovely 3-bed flat in Dalston.

Looking for a laid-back, friendly person who’s clean and tidy, keen to make this place their home and join our all-girl household. (No couples sorry!)

The flat
Located right next to AllPress in Dalston, a 3 bed 2 bathroom split level. It has an open plan living/dining room and kitchen and two bathrooms with bath/showers. (One is an ensuite)

The room is a double room, including wardrobe (can be removed if needed) otherwise unfurnished. Room is £1385 including bills, council tax, water, internet and fortnightly cleaner.

Your housemates
You’ll be sharing with 2 girls in their early thirties - both longtime friends who have lived in Dalston for a while. Not a party flat, and treat the house like a home, but we like going to the pub, dinners, movies, festivals etc. We’re both quite busy, in and out a lot of the weekend, but often chilling in the flat on a weeknight watching TV.

Location is right next door to AllPress Espresso (we get residents discount which is a plus), 5-min walk to Dalston Junction overground and 8-min walk to Dalston Kingsland overground station. Big Sainsbury’s is just round the corner, M&S, Aldi, Ridley Road Market too.

Move in-date - our current housemate is moving out end of June, so the room is available 1st July.
