Hi, I'm moving out and my room is up for grabs. The flat is a beautiful industrial conversion building with a weekday concierge, nice big windows and exposed brick etc.
The room is a good size and there's a large living room for common use.
Housemates are a DJ and designer, everyone tends to keep more to themselves. Housemates are relaxed about communal spaces/cleaning, so someone easygoing about a bit of lived-in feeling would fit in.
Bed and mattress are landlord furnishings and would stay, I may look to sell some of the other furniture to the new tenant.
5 weeks deposit will be required - changing tenant with the agency means you'll have to have proof of income and landlord references. If you aren't able to provide those, you unfortunately won't be able to move in. There's also an excellent projector we bought collectively which you would need to 'pay into' when I move out I believe it's 200 pounds.
Move-in date may be somewhat flexible depending on when I find my new place, please indicate if you have some flexibility with an exact move-in date. Viewings will be organized 14.6, 17.6, 21,6, 28.6 afternoons - please let me know your availability in your message.
