Small double in Dalston Houseshare

Hi everyone
We have a small double going in our 3 bed houseshare in Dalston

We are 2 girls in ours 30’s looking for someone 30+ to move into our 3 bed house in Dalston.
We work full time, in healthcare and in tech. We hang out occasionally, watch the odd film / Netflix series but have our own things going on. We’re chill and sociable but not a party house.

In a month or so, another room will be coming available. I will be staying long term and this will be the beginning of a new contract.

The property is in a safe, gated complex, close to Dalston kingsland, Dalston junction and Hackney downs.
The room is cute and cosy, furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It may be more suited for someone who does not work from home and we are looking for a female as this dynamic works for us best.

Bills are about 150 -200 per month depending on time of year and this is including a fortnightly cleaner.
