Large Double Room with Ensuite in Dalston E8

My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take over their room in a modern apartment complex with a concierge and secure parcel collection.

The room will be available from mid-August, with the first rent payment due on 30 August 2026.

The Room
Large double bedroom
Spacious ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower/bath
Wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside drawers

The Flat
Shared open-plan living room and kitchen (see photos)
Washer/dryer and additional storage in the hallway
Concierge service and parcel collection

The flat is currently partially furnished. My flatmate will be taking all additional bedroom furniture (NOT including bed, bedside drawers, wardrobe) and some items from the living room and kitchen, including lamps, cushions, and the coffee machine.

Costs
Monthly rent: £1,454
Bills (Wi-Fi, water, electricity and council tax): £176 per month
Total monthly cost: £1,630

The first month will be £1,720, as this includes the annual TV licence renewal.

I'm happy to provide a full breakdown of bills if required. Deposit is £1500 (although this is TBC).

About Me
I'm a 30-year-old male working in Data Analysis for an NHS Trust. I work mainly from home and usually only go into the office once a week.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports, films, and spending time with friends around Hackney. I also spend 2–3 evenings a week at my partner's flat, so you'll often have the place to yourself.

About You
I'm open-minded regarding age, gender, and profession. The main thing is finding someone considerate, tidy, and easy to live with.
