THE FLAT: It’s a sunlight filled spot with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living & dining area.

The flat is furnished including a rug, couch, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen table/chairs and kitchen items.

We are all quite busy people with work + life, so the house is less of a party house and more about recharging and good company. We’re a clean and respectful household, all the usual green flags, and are everything friendly. While we have busy schedules, we love to catch up when we’re around the house - good friends but not attached at the hip.

5 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland overground station
2 minute walk to main bus stops into the city
5 minute walk to big Sainsburys
15 minute walk to London Fields

THE ROOM:
The room on offer is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe and comes with your own bathroom (with access just outside your bedroom).

£1,400 per month + internet and bills. Bills are roughly £150-£200pcm. Bond is £1,400.

THE PEOPLE:
You’ll be living with two girls - one aged 28 (Aussie) the other 30 (Kiwi).

Hannah works as a Business Development Manager for a business advisory firm in the city and mostly works in the office. On the weekends, she’s often out with mates, travelling or catching a gig of some sort.

Kate works in internal communications for a Retail company and is also mostly in the office during the week. Outside of work she loves hitting the gym, strolling London Fields, travelling and writing.

YOU:
We are looking for a male or female to join us - ideally a professional in their late 20’s/early 30’s. Sorry, no couples or students.
