Sunny house in Dalston

We have a double room available from the 27th of July in our shared house in Dalston next to Kingsland Road! 5 min walk to Dalston Kingsland and 10 min to Dalston Junction. The house is located in a quiet street off the main road.

You will be sharing the house with 2 other people : Enya (29) works as a legal administrator for a charity and Caoimhe (29) works in fashion.
We both have busy lifestyle but love to catch up in the kitchen and have dinner together when we can :)

We’re really looking for someone who will match with the vibe of the house. We’re looking for a full time professional who is clean and tidy. This house is not a party house, we respect each other’s space and like the house quiet during the week.

The room comes furnished and includes an extra storage space with 2 clothes rails next to it. Rent is £917 + roughly £115 for the bills.
Deposit is £847
The house has a shared bathroom + a second toilet. Big kitchen with a table, a tiny garden space in the front where we are growing flowers and a nice balcony next to the living room. The house was refurbished a few years ago and we like to keep it nice.

Move in date 27 July with some flexibility
