Double room available in spacious Dalston house

A bright ground floor room is becoming available for one month in a large Dalston house currently rented by five Australian males.

The room is furnished with a wardrobe, shelf, desk, chair and bed. It has a large window that looks out onto the shared courtyard. The house has everything else you need: five bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, and separate kitchen/living rooms that are large enough for the whole house to spend time together comfortably. We're also in a great location, with Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland within a 5-minute walk.

We're looking for an easy-going, clean and friendly person to join Max, Cohen, Ryan and Alex for the month. They all enjoy a catching up together, a family dinner and movie night, and heading out for a drink now and then. Personal space is also valued in the house, and everyone's separate room is treated with respect. There are two guitar players in the house, so you will sometimes be treated to some wonderful music.

The move-in date is 29th July, and move-out date the 29th August (with some flexibility). Bills are included in the rent amount. Happy to send more photos upon request.
