Bright, well-kept flat with a big shared living room, a proper kitchen, and a back garden — great for summer evenings. Full bathroom plus a separate toilet.

**Rooms available:**
- **En-suite double, lower ground floor** — private small patio, own en-suite. Move in **August**.

- **Double bedroom, upstairs** — bright room with a lovely arched window. Move in **September**.

Just off the corner of Dalston and De Beauvoir Town — quiet, leafy, and well connected:
