My lovely housemate is moving out and we need to fill her room by August 27th.
The room is an en-suite and is on the quieter side of the flat with a spacious living room/kitchen, communal outside space and in a secured building.

The rent per month is 1212.5£ bills are not included.
The bills are:
Council tax: 153£
Water: 64£
Internet: 36£
Tv license: 43£ every 3 months
Electric: Varies due to usage but more expensive in the winter due to the heating being on - provider is Octopus

The flat is well located in Dalston and is right in the middle of Dalston Kingsland and Dalston Junction it’s a 2 minute walk to either station.
Buses are: 149, 67, 243, 76
20 minute walk to Stoke Newington
25 minute walk to Shoreditch
25 minute walk to Highbury and Islington
There’s loads of restaurants, coffee shops and bars around

A little about me:
I’m Canadian but have lived in London for 12 years and 11 of those years have been in East London and this flat has been my home for the last 6 years.
I’m a teacher so my routine during the week is very mundane but I am a social person that likes going out on the weekends to bars, coffee shops and brunch spots.
I am looking for someone similar to me that enjoys a chat but also is happy in their own company.
