Looking for a friendly housemate to fill spare bedroom in a lovely flat Dalston.

I'm moving out of this flat after living here for 2 years to go back home to do a masters. The current two flatmates will be remaining as it's such a nice flat in a perfect area.

The building has a concierge, 24 security, a rooftop patio with London views and a lovely courtyard as well as organises nights such as book club, sip and paint and other workshops.
In the last year they have introduced an air-con co-working space with lots of room to work or relax including hosting events and a pure gym with resident discount in the building.

About you:
- Looking for someone who is interested in a fun, friendly, clean but homely environment that also have there own social life outside the flat
- Ideally similar age so 25+
- Must be in fixed employment to pass referencing checks
- No couples (sorry)

Current household:
- 29 from Manchester and have lived in London for the past 6 years
- 31 from Chester and lived in London for past 4 years
- Work in design and marketing, with mix of work from home and office so the week is pretty chilled / gym / tv series /
- Both enjoy relaxing at home but also have own friends in London. Hobbies include: Trying new restaurants, attempts at wholesome activities, running, tennis, gym, pub catch ups, seeing the odd DJ I like for a little bassy boogie. Absolutely love festival season
