The Room and Flat
The flat is a two bed, one bathroom flat with a shared garden out the back. It has a large open plan living room and dining area with a small kitchen.

The room is unfurnished, however my flat mate who is moving back home abroad is willing to sell the furniture in the room or you can bring your own! The room is a small double so probably would not be ideal for someone who worked from home a lot.

The rent is £1250 with bills around £170 a month.

The Location
The flat is a 5 minute walk to Haggerston station and about 10/15 minute walk to Dalston Junction and Kingsland. The flat is really well located and is walking distance to Dalston, Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park and the canals.

I am 31 and work out of the flat around 3/4 days a week so would ideally like someone with a similar schedule. I will be doing viewings in the next few weeks!

Females preferred and the new tenant will need to go through all the normal renting checks and referencing etc with moving in from the 23 August!
