Dalston roommate wanted in friendly household

We (Lily and Kaylee) are looking for someone to join our house from the 30th August!

Room:
It's a spacious room on a private road and is right next to a bathroom on the top floor, opposite another bedroom. House is pretty soundproof (you can't hear much between walls).

About us:
Lily - I'm 27, and work as an Events Assistant in central and have a masters in Heritage. I'm into theatre, gym, the pub and reading. I also just started Try Tag Rugby and am absolutely sh*t at it

Kaylee - I'm 26, civil servant, quite loud and from Essex, so double whammy (unfortunately). I love music, baking and like to cycle to work and then come home and complain about other cyclists. I also enjoy a good guiness

We do like a good chit chat and an occasional overshare, so maybe looking for someone to feed our delusions and join us at the pub... as per every other add on here, we also like our own space.

Transport:
We have amazing transport links into central and other parts of the city. Bus takes 30 mins to kings cross/euston, 50 to LDN Bridge/Waterloo. Overground takes 30 mins to get across to some central areas/North West. Anywhere East is also super quick to get to

Cleaning:
At the moment we have a fairly clean and tidy house. All communal areas and bathrooms are maintained but don't care about your room (obvs). One of us cleans on a Sunday or Monday weekly
